International Criminal Court

If there was ever a better objection to not become a part of the International Criminal Court this would be it. Many of Germany's citizens, and apparently German prosecutors, believe that Rumsfeld, Tenet, and many other military officers should be tried for war crimes. The prosecutor states that the U.S. should have the first opportunity to try them for war crimes. Only if the U.S. fails to do so can they bring charges against them. I would have thought they would call for charges against Saddam Hussein first, but apparently they see America as more of a criminal.
