Certifying the Election

It seems as though Senator Barbara Boxer is planning on raising an objection when the electoral vote is to be certified. I really have no problem with her raising objections to the certified Ohio vote. Not only is it a slap in the face to both democrats and republicans in Ohio that counted and certified the election, it also makes her look like a sore loser. If she seriously believes what some kook puts on the internet about voter suppression she needs to raise an objection so the voters of California realize who she really is. The only motive that Senator Boxer can have is the desire to make Michael Moore's next film. She will likely be praised as the only senator who truly understands how the right-wing is trying to steal the election. By objecting to the election certification, the House and Senate will then debate the results for two-hours after which there will be a vote to certify the election. I am amazed at how well the founders set up the constitution to ensure the continuity of government. I would be willing to bet many democrats in the Senate wish they could filibuster the results of the election, forcing a recount. Every time their was an election they would be sure to find some obscure district in which some loyalist had complained about standing in line for hours in the rain to vote. They would then proceed to hold the Senate hostage by filibuster denying the election to be certified. But the best part of this would be the recount. Senator Boxer would require recount after recount until their was no more voter fraud just like in Washington.
