Ginsberg on Roe

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has been previously labeled as a Justice that is in support of Roe v. Wade. But in a recent question and answer session of Kansas Law students she said the following about the Roe decision:

"The Supreme Court stopped all that by deeming every law -- even the most liberal -- as unconstitutional. That seemed to me not the way courts generally work."
