Terri Schiavo Gets to Live One More Day

In Florida a 2nd Court of Appeals judge allowed a stay that prevented Michael Schiavo from removing Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. The main stream media has reported this story as a right-to-die case for many months. They are quite comfortable presenting Terri as a vegetable, and not having a life worth saving. What amazes me is the absence of information about the conflict of interest of Terri's ex-husband. He has a new girlfriend with which he has two children. The media will endlessly search for a connection between a conservative and any religious/neo-conservative/non-progressive group that may show some bias in their opinion. But when the media's agenda is supported they barely life a finger, even when some disturbing facts are right if front of them. Michael Schiavo has a blatantly obvious conflict of interest, yet the media chooses not to recognize it.
