Ohio Certifies Bush Win by 119,000 Votes

Ohio certified Bush's win Monday. Don't tell Michael Moore, but the results were certified by Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell who is a Republican. That will probably be just enough for him to say that the Republican's stole the election.
